Well, it's finally over! I hope everyone had as much fun as we did. It was great to see everyone. We're going to have a picnic next year and we hope to have a date for you this September so you can get it on your calendars early. So check back or watch the announcement page. If you have pictures of the reunion, please send them to us at info@northmeck76.org. We'll be putting pictures as well as comments that we've received on this page. Thanks to classmates and teachers for making our 31st reunion such an amazing success!

Thanks to you and your cohorts for all the hard work, nagging, cajoling, etc. it took to get us all together tonight. It was a wonderful time, much better than I had imagined.

Looking forward to the next one! (Will that be the 36th or the 41st?)

Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to say thank you for all your hours and work to make the reunion come off like it did. I had a great time talking to everyone and getting updated on families, new jobs and relocations. It was alot of fun and the perfect place. I think hotels are a bit stuffy and fancy for me. Casual and easy are more my style. I wish I weren't such a sorry public speaker or I would have said something to congratulate you all for ALL your hard work. I hope keeping the web site active will make it a lot easier for the 40th.

Dear Former students and friends-

Thank you so very, very much for including me in your celebration. It was great to see so many of you, classmates from other classes and my co-workers. I remembered many of you on sight; the large print on the badges helped with others. My husband and I are still talking about the event and how well it was planned and executed.

Again, thank you for allowing us to attend.

I just wanted you all to know how much I enjoyed the reunion this past weekend! You all did a fantastic job and it was so much fun seeing so many familiar faces. The whole event stirred so many memories, even if it was for a small moment in time. I will never forget the reunion and will cherish the chance to catch up with some old friends (not old by any standards...everyone looked great!!). Thank you for all of your hard work. I will look forward to reviewing the North Meck class of '76 website as time goes on, and hopefully keep in touch with a few people.

Dear Reunion Committee, Thank you so much for a wonderful evening! I have been to several class reunions from North (classes from 60's and 70's) and I have never felt so cherished. You'll really made us old people feel wanted! What a fun time; it was great. ! Sincerely, Sylvia Sims

Just wanted to say I really am grateful for all of your hard work. The reunion was great!
I know it was a group effort and there are lots of people to thank.... The food was great, the place was great, and I couldn't believe how many people came. I saw people I hadn't seen or talked to since the day we graduated, hard to believe!
Thanks for everything! Dan Holland

You pulled off the social event of the year and I congratulate... (the) committee for a most memorable evening...... My one request would be not to wait another 31 years before inviting old folks like me to your class reunion.
Teaching at North Meck those two years will go down in history as two of the fondest years of my life. I loved teaching and coaching at North and will forever remember all of my students, even though one girl couldn't remember that I was her teacher.
Thank you again for including the teachers in your 31st reunion.
Sincerely,
Michele Antosek

Please know of my appreciation to the Class of 76 for inviting the members of the faculty to your reunion. Thank you for thinking of us, thank you for the dinner, thank you for the opportunity to see many of you again, thank you for the opportunity to have known many of you in the 70's., and thank you for the honor of having a number of you as students.

Just a short e-mail to let you know you did a bang-up good organizing the 31st North Meck HS reunion!
I had a great time, both at the reunion and at the Billy Todd/Phillip Darnell sponsored event at the Hickory Tavern the night before.

I was glad to see a few of our old teachers as well...... I have talked to a few folks since then, and many other people told me that they had never considerred inviting old faculty to their reunion.

From Deb McConnell Edwards

This is late in coming but I have been traveling the last few weeks....(the) team did a remarkable job on the reunion. Thanks for all the hard work/ time/energy that I'm sure went into it. It was a great success.
